bftv.download ("we", "us", "our") is a free, browser-based video download tool for BoyfriendTV.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the service at bftv.download, how that information is used, and your rights in relation to it. We are not affiliated with BoyfriendTV.com.

2. Information We Collect

We operate a minimal-data service. The table below summarises what is and is not collected.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

bftv.download does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The only client-side storage used is a single localStorage key (bftv-t) that records whether you have selected the day or night colour theme. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

If you use a third-party browser extension or your device's operating system sets its own cookies while you browse, those are outside our control.

5. Third-Party Services

bftv.download may load the Rubik typeface from Google Fonts. Google's servers will receive your IP address as part of that request and process it under Google's own Privacy Policy. No other third-party scripts, pixels, or trackers are embedded in this service.

When our backend fetches video stream data on your behalf, it contacts BoyfriendTV.com servers. That interaction is governed by BoyfriendTV.com's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

Server logs containing IP addresses are retained for a short rolling window for security purposes and are then deleted automatically. No URLs submitted through the tool are stored at any point. Theme preferences are stored locally on your device and remain until you clear your browser data.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data. We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

• When required by law, court order, or a legally binding request from a competent authority.
• When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of bftv.download, its users, or the public.

8. Children's Privacy

bftv.download facilitates access to adult content. The service is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18.
